System Engineer

Your Role:

1. Project Management - managing and monitoring the installation, configuration, testing of systems and infrastructure.
2. Deploying and configuring the systems and infrastructure, ensuring performance, availability, and security.
3. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of strategies for security, backup, and redundancy.
4. Administration of Windows servers and virtualization environments.
5. Providing reports on project status, activities, and achievements to upper management.
6. Ensure timely project delivery to customers.
7. Product testing and evaluation.
8. Identifying and resolving issues with systems, servers, storage, networks, etc.
9. Produce technical documentation for implementation, UAT, and Technical Manual.
10. Attend to site installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
11. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, end users, and government agencies.
12. Other duties assigned.

About you:

1. Degree/Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT Networking, or any other relevant field of study.
2. Experience in Microsoft systems, video streaming, basic programming, computer hardware, and IT network knowledge would be an advantage.
3. Experience with Windows Server administration and virtualization environments.
4. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Display a positive learning attitude and aptitude.
6. A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Able to work under stress and independently.
