Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage all installed systems, servers, and applications across on-premise and cloud environments.
Set up and maintain servers, virtual machines (VMs), storage systems, and Linux environments.
Perform user support tasks including onboarding and offboarding processes.
Backup and restore servers, VMs, and email systems regularly.
Set up and provide IT support for events and roadshows, including after-office hours if required.
Maintain, review, and enhance network and cybersecurity policies (e.g., firewall, proxy, MAC whitelisting).
Set up and maintain CCTV systems.
Troubleshoot and manage IT incidents, including problem management and resolution.
Review and assess IT-related risks, especially for network infrastructure and user access.
Provide timely IT support to ensure smooth business operations and continuity.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in IT-related field. Candidates with ITE certification and relevant experience may also be considered.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience supporting systems including Windows Servers, firewalls, network switches, backup systems, and databases.
Experience in setting up and administering Cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure), Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and NAVISION is an added advantage.
Proficient in Windows Server administration (AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS, Exchange, Office365, Hyper-V), and WAN/LAN/WLAN solutions.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and general network infrastructure is advantageous.
Certifications such as MCSE and/or CCNA, and experience with Hyper-V/VM deployment are preferred.
Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills; independent and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
