System Engineer

Job Description:

We are a system integrator company, providing a broad range of IT solutions including IP phone systems, VC solutions, Wi-Fi networks, system configurations such as Microsoft Active Directory and file servers, cloud migration services, and managed IT support. We are looking for a System Engineer to join our team to support our maintenance customers and assist with project work to gain experience in new technologies.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for customer systems, including Servers, PCs, Notebooks, Macs, and Printers.

- Travel to customer sites for on-site servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks.

- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Acronis Cloud, Sophos Cloud, and other services.

- Work closely with the Team Lead on projects involving technologies like CCTV and system solutions, Active Directory, cloud migrations, and file servers to gain hands-on experience.

- Document system configurations and ensure all maintenance and troubleshooting tasks are properly logged.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the highest level of service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Must possess at least an ITE/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.

- At least 1 year of working experience in a related field is required. Fresh graduates may also be considered.

- Experience working in a System Integration (SI) environment is a plus.

- Candidates with MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) and virtualization experience will have an added advantage.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems, TCP/IP, DNS, and system issue troubleshooting.

- Able to install, configure, and maintain servers and IT infrastructure for maintenance clients.

- Willingness to travel to customer locations for servicing and project-related work.
