Responsibilities:
Ongoing Support:
- Build strong working relationships with freight accounts, thoroughly understanding their needs and concerns.
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Head Office team to resolve issues.
- Gather customer feedback and relay it to management and RHO for resolution.
- Continuously seek and recommend process or system improvements for customers.
- Address daily support issues and work on timely problem resolution.
Projects:
- Manage assigned projects as needed.
- Participate in testing, training, implementation, and post-implementation support for projects.
- Establish relationships with all stakeholders to understand their project-related issues and needs.
- Implement assigned solutions promptly and with high quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Required knowledge and experience in WMS and SCM.
- 3-5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in application support.
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding and shipping.
- Proficient in at least one programming language.
- Basic knowledge of Unix platforms and PowerBuilder is a plus.
