Job Objectives

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform impact analysis on Project scope and document proposed solution and estimated required effort
2. Responsible to analyse and define detailed functional specifications based on the functional and non-functional requirements document
3. Collaborate with Functional Business Analyst to clarify functional and non-functional requirements
4. Define and ensure traceability from functional specifications to business requirements
5. Ownership of the creation of functional design specifications and technical design document
6. Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams to clarify functional specification and technical design during build, test and deployment phase
7. Review and contribute to test planning and design for SIT and UAT
8. Clarify test findings escalated by Test Manager and classify the findings accordingly (either as a defect or change request)
9. Provide input to impact assessment and estimation for Project Change Request
10. Manage and work with vendors and internal teams to successfully deliver committed scope for AML systems
11. Manage and work with stakeholders during all phases of system changes delivery
12. Coordinate and plan with Infra and change management teams for application deployment activities in DevOps environment.
13. Conduct technical delivery/process knowledge and best practices sharing/training sessions with internal teams to help improve overall delivery competency level.

Key Requirements:

1. AML/Compliance Tech system enhances delivery experience in the banking industry
2. Hands-on experience in design and configurations/development work for the NetReveal AML application
3. Experience in leading, with good results, design gathering and design workshops with users as part of project delivery or defects fix its work
4. Strong Oracle SQL, PL/SQL and Unix skills
5. Good application design operational impact awareness

Technical Skills:

1. SQL / PL-SQL, Java, Unix shell scripts
2. Netreveal / Actimize / Fircosoft AML application
3. DevOps change process familiarity (Bitbucket, Jenkins), Control-M, Aldon
