Job Objectives:

To support AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Projects/CRs for Singapore and Regional entities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Participate in end-to-end projects for system implementation of machine learning systems.
2. Engage and collaborate with Architects, Security, and Development Lead to ensure solution design complies with enterprise design principles, security, and control standards.
3. Liaise with application teams across groups and countries to build enhancements according to the technical solution plan.
4. Analyse user requirements and convert requirements to design documents and other system documentation to capture key design decisions.
5. Plan technical deliverables, perform design and development works to meet project requirements within schedule.
6. Perform data mapping and process mapping with interfacing applications.
7. Escalate issues that impact project schedules on a timely basis and propose workarounds/resolutions.
8. Create technical documents for the solutions. Compile timely, comprehensive, and accurate documentation as requested.
9. Test, maintain, and recommend software improvements to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
10. Work with production support team members to conduct root cause analysis of issues, review new and existing code, and/or perform unit testing.
11. Partner with Test Management teams to ensure completion of SIT, UAT, performance/load testing, and application security testing with quality results.
12. Liaise with other application teams and business users to prepare test cases and test data prior to testing in UAT and Mock Run environments.
13. Manage project change request approval windows and deployment schedules.
14. Facilitate and provide technical and testing support before and after production deployment.
15. Liaise with other units across IT and Business in the organization.
16. Manage external vendors for project delivery within schedule.

Key Requirements:

Must Have:

1. More than 10 years assuming a techno-functional role in either compliance technology or machine learning domain.
2. At least 8 years of experience/knowledge in Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle, Java, Python, and Spark.
3. At least 8 years of experience in application and database design.
4. Ability to multitask effectively and handle large amounts of data.
5. Highly driven, pro-active, and a strong team player.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication skills in English.

Good to Have:

1. Experience in Hadoop ecosystem and technologies.
2. Experience in NoSQL database or Big Data.
3. Experience in Git, Jenkins, JIRA.
4. Experience in SharePoint and Confluence.
