Job Objectives

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations. We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure. Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AML system changes/production fixes Design, Development and Unit Testing
2. Review and contribute to test planning for SIT and UAT
3. Manage and work with vendor teams to successfully deliver enhancements for AML systems
4. Manage and work with stakeholders during all phases of system changes delivery
5. Coordinate and plan with Infra and change management teams for application deployment activities in DevOps environment
6. Setup and maintain application Infrastructure in Unix, Windows and Oracle environment
7. Effect system changes into test and production environments by following application change implementation process via the Bitbucket, Jenkins and Aldon change management tools
8. Conduct technical delivery/process knowledge and best practices sharing/training sessions with internal teams to raise teams competency level

Key Requirements:

1. Good written and verbal communication skills and analytical ability System enhancements delivery experience in the banking industry
2. Hands on experience in design and configurations/development work
3. Experience in leading, with good results, design gathering and design workshops with users as part of change delivery or defects fixes work
4. Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL design and development skills
5. Strong Java/JavaScript knowledge
6. System delivery Operational impact awareness
7. Ability to understand SLA/KPI and deliver items within correct time space
8. Ability to have vendor interaction and management skills
9. Any working experience with AML applications (e.g. Fircosoft, Actimize, NR Detica) or Linux environment background

1. Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
