System Analyst- Fenergo

Responsibilities

1. Configure and customize the Fenergo platform to support risk scoring logic, client lifecycle workflows, and compliance processes.
2. Collaborate with business and technical teams to optimize workflows and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
3. Implement, test, and maintain risk scoring models within the Fenergo system to manage compliance risks.
4. Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting issues and optimizing configurations for efficiency.
5. Create and maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and system enhancements.

Requirements

1. 3-5 years of experience working with Fenergo CLM or similar systems, with a focus on risk management and workflows.
2. Strong knowledge of Fenergo configuration, including client lifecycle management, KYC/AML processes, and risk scoring.
3. Experience in data integration, including working with APIs and data synchronization between platforms.
4. Proficient in SQL for system testing, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
5. Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver training to end users.
