Are you passionate about data, process improvement, and creating solutions that make a real difference? As a System Analyst, you’ll play a key role in analyzing business processes, enhancing data representation, and supporting digital transformation efforts. You’ll also act as the first line of support for IT-related issues, working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into technical solutions and system enhancements.

• Design and develop actionable dashboards and Management Information System (MIS) reports across areas such as Sales, Inventory, HR, and Outlet Performance.

• Analyze current systems and propose improvements to increase efficiency—such as automating processes with SQL scripting and supplementing existing SAP systems.

• Create validation scripts to detect and correct errors in source documents before data is uploaded to analysis platforms.

• Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to maximize the effectiveness of dashboards and IT tools.

• Troubleshoot and provide first-level SAP support for local operations, escalating complex issues to vendors when needed.

• Maintain and support in-house CRM systems, tablets, and IT infrastructure used for data analytics and operations.

• Coordinate with vendors and group IT on system upgrades, application testing, patching, and project rollouts.

• Support office hardware and network setup, including basic server, printer, and email configuration.

• Document system protocols and procedures to ensure smooth operations and knowledge retention.

Requirements :

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in system/data analysis, MS SQL, central data warehouses, and business intelligence platforms.

• Skilled in Python, SQL, Power BI, and VBA; experience in Power Query is a plus.

• Familiar with SAP systems and has provided support or acted as a key user in system implementations or upgrades.

• Analytical thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to interpret data to support commercial decision-making.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, basic networking, and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
