Responsibilities

1. Report to Head of IT to assist in the implementation of all application system projects, including POS, ERP, Digital eCommerce, etc.
2. Work with respective department heads to analyse and propose process solutions.
3. Hands-on technical development skills to perform application enhancements in Navision C/SIDE, Microsoft Dynamics-Business Central, SQL scripts, Java scripting, or any other ERP applications.
4. Impart and groom junior staff.
5. Manage third-party developers to deliver customisation documentation with proper documentation.
6. Perform and conduct systems testing, user training & acceptance testing, and post-mortem follow-up.
7. Responsible for quality of deliverables and customer satisfaction.
8. Lead Report Analytics implementation.

Requirements

1. Independent and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication & reporting skills.
2. Willing to get hands-on and work with the team.
3. Able to travel inter-state and overseas where required.
4. Preferred language: Chinese (Written and Spoken) due to the need to support our North Asia subsidiaries.
