Job Requirements
Minimum Education / Qualifications
• Diploma/Degree in Information Systems or equivalent.
Minimum Years of Relevant Experience
• 2 years’ experience in CMS for Healthcare or Eldercare, business applications support, and project implementation.
Knowledge/Skills
• Experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems and a strong passion for business processes.
• Experience in end-to-end Healthcare and Eldercare processes (e.g., Referral, Admission, Case Management, Attendance Management, Incident Management, Fee Management, Discharge, etc.).
• Experience in project, incident, change, and risk management.
• Basic experience in software development and programming languages (e.g., Java, .Net, Apex, HTML, etc.).
• Basic understanding of NetSuite/SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HRMS, Power Platform, Business Intelligence, and workflow tools (e.g., Nintex) would be an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, various Windows applications, web applications, and mobile applications.
