Job description

Job Description

  1. Engage users to understand strategic and operational needs, capture requirements, identify gaps and translate these into solutions.
  2. Provide daily applications support and perform administrator functions such as user management, security management, etc.
  3. Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing information and trends.
  4. Conduct regular user trainings as well as review and revise training materials.
  5. Manage business applications related projects, including requirement gathering, user acceptance tests, data migration, and ad-hoc assignments.
  6. Provide ad-hoc support to other application systems like NetSuite, Salesforce, HRMS, etc., when needed.
  7. Manage 3rd party vendors and consultants to achieve holistic outcomes/goals.
  8. Develop SOPs, user guides, training materials, and systems documentation and ensure these are up-to-date.
  9. Provide assistance in planning, design, research, and acquisition of new or upgraded business applications.
  10. Prepare reports/dashboards for the IT department.
  11. Continuous work improvement in operational efficiency through automation scripts, implementation of new technology, and knowledge sharing.
  12. Be a role model, lead by example in the workplace, and provide guidance to junior colleagues.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education / Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Information Systems or equivalent.

Minimum Years of Relevant Experience

• 2 years’ experience in CMS for Healthcare or Eldercare, business applications support, and project implementation.

Knowledge/Skills

• Experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems and a strong passion for business processes.

• Experience in end-to-end Healthcare and Eldercare processes (e.g., Referral, Admission, Case Management, Attendance Management, Incident Management, Fee Management, Discharge, etc.).

• Experience in project, incident, change, and risk management.

• Basic experience in software development and programming languages (e.g., Java, .Net, Apex, HTML, etc.).

• Basic understanding of NetSuite/SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HRMS, Power Platform, Business Intelligence, and workflow tools (e.g., Nintex) would be an advantage.

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, various Windows applications, web applications, and mobile applications.
