System Administrator

Contact point for all IT related issues in Asia.

Administer and manage Office 365, Citrix, VMware and other technologies.

Assist in all troubleshooting issues.

Handle network systems, software updates and server backups.

Manage projects effectively, delivering on time and within budget.

Provide guidance to employees on usage of IT programs, if any.

Support server backup applications such as Veeam, Azure and Nimble.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ System Administration or related fields with 3-5 years of relevant working experience.

Good knowledge of MS Office Applications, Office 365, VMWare, Citrix, VDI and Xenapp.

Knowledge of server backup applications.

Manufacturing industry experience is strongly preferred.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a strong team mentality and the ability to provide assistance to non-technical users.

Able to work well individually and as part of a team.

Experience in enterprise systems administration in Windows Server (2012 r2 & above) and related services (Active Directory, DNS, IIS MSSQL, Windows server, Group Policy). Knowledge of windows troubleshooting tools (Event viewer, Task manager, WinDbg, Windows Sysinternals, perfmon).

Knowledge of SCCM/SCOM* Vulnerability Management/ OS patching.
