SVP of Product (Fintech)

We're assisting a leading fintech platform to look for a VP/SVP of Product, this leader will lead the product strategy, innovation, and execution and oversee the entire product portfolio, ensuring seamless user experiences, market differentiation, and business growth.

Location: Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap to drive customer adoption and engagement.
• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and data) to deliver innovative financial products.
• Optimize the user experience across digital investment and wealth management solutions.
• Use data-driven insights to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
• Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory developments to ensure product compliance and competitiveness.
• Collaborate with leadership to align product goals with overall business strategy.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of product leadership experience, with recent experience driving world class products within the fintech domain; experience building wealth/investment/trading brokerage products at scale would be advantageous.
• Proven track record of scaling B2C fintech products with high user engagement.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a customer-first mindset.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
