Location: Ubi / Kaki Bukit (Downtown Blue Line) (HQ Main Office)
Position Title: Customer IT Service Support Reps / IT Service Help Desk (Mandarin Speaking + Call Centre Exp - Must Have!!) x 02/03
Basic: $2400 ~$2700 + ($20 HP Comms)
Weekly Timing: (12hrs Rotating Shift Work) (2 Days Work & 2 Days Off Basis) (Average 54hrs Weekly)
Shift A: 8.30am-8.30pm
Shift B: 1pm-1am
Job Scope & Requirement
- Contact Centre Experience 1 Year & or Above (***Must Have***)
- Customer Service Skills
- Ability to Multitask
- Ability to Handle Difficult Customers
- Phone Call Etiquettes
- Demonstrate Job Purpose Dedication, Passion & Commitment with Teamwork
- Mandarin Speaking Proficiency (***Must Have*** - Due to Interaction with Batch of High-Quality Mandarin Speaking Client Base) (Hence, Advance Mandarin Proficiency Skill Set Required as Part of Job Competency)
- Willing to Work on Weekends & Public Holiday
- Ability to Draft Professional Email Respond Back to Customer
- Familiar with Smart TV Operation and Handphone Application (Download Application / Install/Uninstall)
- Familiar with Internet Surfing on the PC
- Basic Troubleshooting of PC
