Sustainable Energy Manager (Marine/Oil & Gas Industry)

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Co-develop alternative marine fuel and carbon-neutral solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with partners, authorities, and marine classification bodies in the alternative fuel supply chain.
  • Conduct research on sustainable energy technologies, policies, and marine energy consumption.
  • Lead or assist in managing sustainable energy projects, including feasibility studies and cost analyses.
  • Monitor project progress and coordinate activities such as meetings and documentation.
  • Contribute to low-carbon energy strategy development and policy recommendations.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and educational materials for communication and outreach efforts.
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and share innovative ideas within teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in environmental studies, maritime, engineering, or sustainability, or 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong interest and knowledge in sustainable energy, renewable technologies, and energy efficiency.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and project coordination skills.
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
