We’re searching for an Engineer / Senior Engineer to be part of our Supply Chain Department's diverse team of talent. You will be responsible for assisting the ESG Manager in driving overall ESG initiatives in SSMC, including Improvement Roadmap KPIs tracking and reporting, as well as supporting national and corporate legal/standard requirement actions.
What you will be working on:
- Assist the manager in managing cost budgets for Capex projects and expenses, including planning, reviewing, tracking, and reporting.
- Manage ESG optimization projects:
- Perform the role of Project Manager to plan, lead, execute, monitor, control, and manage projects.
- Execute the projects to meet project requirements and objectives.
- Regularly report to management.
- Manage coordination with government agencies (NEA/EDB) to ensure all reports to authorities are submitted on time and accurately.
Manage Ecovision (Utilities Usage Record Platform) system updates routine:- Keep track of utilities consumption/waste disposal and periodically update management on any abnormal consumption/collection/disposal observed.
- Perform problem-solving, incident reporting, bills & invoice verification, and energy & CO2 emission reporting.
Facilitate solutions to complex problems:- Execute analytical approaches to provide engineering opinions.
- Promote collaborative teamwork among team members and peers.
Manage compliance and maintain performance standards.Serve as a role model to ensure adherence to all compliances.Set up and maintain good project plans, operation procedures, and quality standards.More about you:
- Degree in Chemical/Gas, Mechanical, Environmental, Health and Safety, or other engineering fields.
- Preferably 3 years of experience in a similar capacity and working experience in semiconductor manufacturing plants in facilities management, handling mechanical systems such as semiconductor cleanroom, chiller plant, exhaust, or air abatement systems.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently under high pressure and fast-paced work environments.
