We are looking for a passionate Sustainability Manager to join our team and lead our sustainability efforts. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping and executing initiatives that align with our commitment to a greener future.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and Execute Sustainability Initiatives: Develop and manage sustainability policies and programs that align with our company’s mission, vision, and values.
2. Strategic Communication: Create and articulate a comprehensive sustainability strategy that engages and inspires stakeholders at all levels.
3. Project Management: Oversee the execution of sustainability projects by setting clear goals and targets, developing action plans, and ensuring timely delivery of outcomes.
4. Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively influence and manage both senior and junior staff members.
5. Trend Analysis and Best Practices: Stay abreast of industry trends in sustainability reporting and benchmarking, and share insights and best practices across teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
6. Reporting and Transparency: Prepare and publish regular sustainability reports that transparently outline the company’s impacts, risks, and opportunities, showcasing our commitment to responsible business practices.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in leading corporate environmental and social initiatives with measurable impact.
2. Demonstrated expertise in crafting sustainability reports that meet SGX compliance standards.
3. In-depth knowledge of industry best practices, emerging trends, and sustainability benchmarks.
4. Exceptional data analysis and presentation skills to clearly communicate insights and findings.
5. Outstanding communication, organizational, and project management abilities that facilitate collaboration and drive successful outcomes.
