Sustainability Manager

We are representing one of the leading players in the semiconductor industry.

You would lead and drive the sustainability and social responsibility programs, engaging both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive and deploy sustainability and social responsibility programs to stakeholders, setting up strategy and collaboration action plans on ESG programs.
• Lead full material declaration (FMD) to assembly and bumping plants.
• Manage deployment of banned substances specifications to all stakeholders.
• Subject matter expert, main go-to person for internal stakeholders - assisting them to achieve desired business objectives in a sustainable way.
• Lead all sustainable excellence requests or projects which include signing of commitment letters, participating in audits, and collection and analysis of all sustainability policies/contingency plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering/sciences.
• 10 years in the semiconductor industry, 5 years in relevant ESG/sustainability topics.
• Excellent interpersonal skillset.
