Job description

Join the dynamic team as a Survey Interviewer and play a pivotal role in gathering valuable insights that drive decision-making! In this role, you will actively engage with potential clients through outreach efforts, building strong relationships while conducting information gathering. Your expertise will help ensure that our surveys are effectively communicated and delivered, contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Location: 79 Anson Road (MRT: Tanjong Pagar) / 61 Robinson Road (MRT: Raffles Place)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Active Outreach: Target potential clients to establish connection via various approaches (e.g., call and/or site visits) in order to conduct information gathering.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
  • KPI: Ensure assigned targets are met.
  • Strategy Development: Identify and develop new survey strategy opportunities through research and industry analysis.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our surveys and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to respondents.
  • Service Delivery: Prepare and deliver compelling services according to the respondent’s needs, through phone calls, emails, company visits (where applicable) to collect and verify survey responses including data input of responses.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback and industry insights to help improve service quality and strategies.
  • Team Player: Work closely with other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to client management and survey strategies.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accuracy of data records.
  • Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with clarity and precision, actively listen to respondents, and adjust the conversation’s pace and content.
  • Proficiency in HR practices is an added advantage for this role.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday (8.30am to 6.30pm).
  • Contract basis until end of June 2025 (subject to yearly renewal).

Job Requirements:

  • Singaporean only.
  • Minimum “O” / “A” certificate / Diploma / Degree.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel), email communication, and internet browsing.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Confident, persuasive, good reasoning, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to assist survey participants effectively.
  • Prior experience in survey administration / customer service call centre / telemarketing / corporate sales experience will be a plus.
  • Independent and self-motivated to achieve monthly KPIs.

Basic Salary: $3,000 | Monthly Incentive: $100
