Survey Interviewer (Call Centre) / Central / $3000 / till December 2025 (EXTENDABLE)

Salary: $3000 per month

Working days: 5 days per week (Office hours)

Work location: Clarke Quay / Novena

Contract duration: till December 2025 (extendable)

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct survey interviews via outbound calls and field visits to collect timely and reliable data (target respondent: corporate company/establishment)
2. Compile, record, input survey returns and data accurately into the system
3. Conduct data verification of completed survey cases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
4. Establish and maintain relationship with respondents throughout the project period
5. Ensure that the given KPIs are being met based on the project timeline
6. Provide status report to the supervisor

Requirements:

1. 1 - 2 years experience in administrative & customer service
2. Prior experience in call center environment will be beneficial
3. Able to work in a fast-paced environment & achieve assigned targets/KPIs
4. Well spoken and good verbal/written communication skills
5. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
