Survey Experience Officer (Corporate) / Up $3,300 / Yearly Renewable

Work Location: Novena / Clarke Quay (Work location depends on team assignment. Must be comfortable with both locations)

Contract Duration: Till 31 Dec 2025 (Renewable depending on business needs)

Job Duties:

• Conduct outbound calls & site visits to ensure timely consent collection with HR Manager/HR Professionals
• Reach out to the respondent from selected establishments to participate in digital survey data transmission
• Explain survey objectives and procedures to respondents on the confidential database to be extracted
• Interpret survey questions to help respondents’ comprehension
• Compile, record, and input results and data from interview surveys into the system
• Conduct administrative tracking of the collection progress
• Ensure that the given KPIs are being met based on the project timeline
• Identify and report problems in obtaining valid data

Requirements:

• GCE ‘A’ levels and above
• Equipped with work experience in survey operations, sales, or customer service roles
• Those without the academic qualifications will be considered with relevant work experience
• Applicants with call center background, direct sales, and customer fronting will be advantageous
• Able to handle objections and complaints and proficiently de-escalate these cases
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and internet usage
• Effective team player but also an efficient individual contributor
