Responsibilities:

• Provide frontline customer service
• Scheduling of appointment and patient registration
• Handling phone calls and inquiries
• Process medical insurances, tax invoices and payment collection
• Handle administrative, clinical duties, simple procedures and ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Has worked in a surgical clinic of at least 1 year
• Expect to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to handle stress and multitask
• Have good communication skills
• Able to commit to a full-time job
• Knowledge in medical insurance processing
• IT savvy
• Able to start work immediately / within a month upon confirmation
