• In depth knowledge & hands-on experience of supporting Windows Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
• In depth knowledge & hands-on experience of supporting Microsoft Intune
• knowledge & experience of supporting Microsoft Windows 365 / Office 365
• knowledge & experience of supporting Microsoft Defender
• knowledge & experience of supporting Microsoft TEAMS
• knowledge & experience with CyberArk products or similar
• knowledge & experience with Fastlane Admin By Request or similar
• knowledge & experience with Symantec Anti Virus / Trend Micro PAM products or similar
• knowledge of powershell scripting, and related Microsoft certifications will be a plus
• self-motivated on looking up for guide / solutions from the internet
