Our client is a global telco company, and they are currently expanding the global support team.
With this, they are looking for a support engineer to join the growing team.
In this opportunity, you will be the 1st point of contact for covering L1 support to various clients. The company is following the “follow-the-sun” model which means this role will need you to support all the regions globally. With this, China is part of the region you will be covering; thus, Mandarin speaking will be required in this role too.
In terms of the product knowledge, you will be trained on different products of the business for the first few months. A ticketing system is being adopted, and you will be required to identify the issues and perform troubleshooting work.
