Under broad direction, responsible for facilitating process improvement across Supply Chain operations. Establishes analytical approaches and applies proven process improvement techniques in support of strategic organizational objectives. Ensures assigned rotation deliverables are aligned with Voice of the Customer requirements. Using structured approach, develops recommendations and leads implementation activities for delivering measurable results. Facilitates team activities as needed to accelerate completion of process improvement activities. Drives sustainment activities to ensure longevity of solutions. May have direct leadership of teams. Will need to complete specific assigned projects, provide quarterly executive level presentations and meet developmental objectives in a timely manner in order to successfully complete the rotational program. Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering or related field.
