My client is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role requires strong strategic planning, supplier management, and leadership capabilities to drive operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies to ensure seamless procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
• Lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Manage supplier relationships and expand sourcing beyond Singapore/Malaysia (e.g., China, Vietnam).
• Implement long-term supplier development plans to improve reliability and cost efficiency.
• Oversee demand planning, forecasting, and stock optimization to meet operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company procurement policies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Operations, Finance) to align supply chain goals with business objectives.
• Identify risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions.

Job Requirements

• Degree in any Business or Engineering field with at least 7 years of experience in supply chain management in an electronics manufacturing industry.
• Possess knowledge of supply chain management in electronics manufacturing industry.
• Possess forward planning and organising skills.
• Able to multi-task and stay committed to the job.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Good at problem solving and communicating.
• Possess good leadership skills and be a team player.
