Raise PO for ordering once the stock level reaches the reorder point.
Arrange and communicate with suppliers to ensure the purchasing process goes smoothly.
Calculate menu costing.
· Inventory Control
Generate purchase, usage, and stock take reports monthly.
Compound and analyze the raw usage data to forecast the next purchase quantity to avoid a shortage or overload of the inventory.
Update SKU code in system.
Track and monitor the inventory to ensure those inventories are delivered on time.
Coordinate with warehouse executive and supplier to ensure the inventory is in good condition.
Ensure warehouse operation smoothly.
· Logistic
Plan and arrange the delivery schedule, and coordinate with own driver and 3rd party logistics to ensure the daily logistic operation smoothly from warehouse to outlets.
Arrange import or export if requested. Prepare commercial invoice and packaging list for export purposes.
Ad hoc duties assigned by superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field or Certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
