Supply Chain Executive

We are seeking a Supply Chain Executive to play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. Reporting to the Business Director, you will be responsible for managing stock receipts, coordinating order processing, and maintaining ERP system data. This role offers opportunities for growth within the team for candidates who demonstrate strong performance and dedication.

Key Responsibilities

1. Stock Purchase & Receipt

• Process incoming purchase orders from suppliers
• Prepare purchase orders and purchase receipt transactions in the ERP system
• Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and suppliers for inbound shipments and document processing
• Process incoming sales orders and requests for quotations
• Prepare pro-forma invoices, packing lists, pick lists, and invoices
• Coordinate stock movements and shipping documentation with 3PL providers
• Prepare and manage export documents and track deliveries
• Communicate order status and respond to customer inquiries

• Maintain and update stock, supplier, and customer details
• Perform stock reconciliations
• Generate and analyze weekly and monthly reports
• Reconcile warehouse and 3PL activities against billings

• Assist with process optimization and efficiency improvement projects

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Order Fulfillment / Supply Chain
• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Customer-focused with excellent cross-cultural communication skills
