Job description:

1. Analyse consumption patterns, study the re-order point, and forecast the quantity to purchase.
2. Work with QA and Procurement teams to liaise with vendors.
3. In charge of inventory for Authority’s spares.
4. Liaise with customers on their requirements and resolve issues.
5. Liaise with customers and Finance on trading sales and monitor the payment status.
6. Manage store operations and ensure SLA of receipt & issuance, monitoring of shelf-life, stock count, and timely delivery of items.
7. Generate monthly reports.
8. Any other assignments assigned by management.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related subject.
2. 1 year experience in Supply Chain (Those with no experience but with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply).
3. Strong customer service orientation, good relationship builder with strong diplomacy skills.
4. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and conceptual skills.
