Supply Chain Data Analyst (Entry – Intermediate Level)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Data Analyst to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates with a passion for supply chain management and data analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing supply chain performance, optimizing processes, and supporting decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources such as ERP systems, production logs, and inventory databases.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including inventory levels, order accuracy, and delivery performance.
• Conduct demand forecasting and inventory analysis to support planning and procurement strategies.
• Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction or process improvement within the supply chain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decisions align with business goals.
• Support risk assessments by identifying potential supply chain disruptions and recommending contingency plans.
• Assist in implementing new supply chain technologies or software tools, ensuring data integration and usability.
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant internships or academic projects are a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization).
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for data analysis is advantageous.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Exposure to ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is a plus.
