Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Issuance of shipping instruction on time before dateline to ensure on time delivery.
2. Checking and ensuring Customer's Letter of Credit conditions is acceptable and can be arranged, register the information into SAP system & L/C Google Form, and provide information to Sales Section.
3. Effectively working and liaise with vendors, warehousing team and Sales section to follow up on shipment schedule and update to SAP timely.
4. Ensure timely verification and accuracy of all requirement shipping documents preparation accordance to Customer's requirement including Bill of Lading, Shipping Certificate, Packing List, Any type of Certificate of Origin, Insurance application, Manufacturer's letter etc.
5. Create and ensure accurate and on time billing to customers and posting to Finance Section.
6. Ensure timely verification of all required shipping documents in order to ensure documents received prior to shipments arrival at destination.
7. Ensure on time submission of Original Shipping Documents to bank for LC's negotiation/courier document to the customer/provide E-document to the customer.
8. Maintain and update of Customer's requirement database and troubleshoots shipping issues that shoot up regularly including Claim management.
9. Monitor and record Vendor's performance (KPI) including orders deviation, responsiveness, etc.
10. Ensure accuracy of billing invoices from all vendors and posting to Finance section on time for payment arrangement. All Original documents must submit/transfer before dateline of payment.
11. Organize and ensure timely E-filing of documents in accordance to audit and report preparation.
12. Produce and Maintain Job's related reports if required and promote effective, polite and friendly working relations with all stakeholders.
13. Ensure all activities in compliance with corporate standards and government regulations.

Requirements:

1. Diploma/ Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / other related fields.
2. At least 1 to 2 years relevant working experience in supply chain, logistic support, order fulfilment, SAP and knowledge in shipping & logistics (eg: understand the operation process).
3. Know about L/C negotiation, FTA CO, HTS code, process trade document & insurance plus point.
