About the role

ST Engineering Aerospace Engines Pte Ltd is seeking a Supplies Officer to join our team in the Airport Road East Region. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in our manufacturing, transport and logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage the procurement, storage and distribution of supplies and materials to support the company's operations
2. Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
3. Maintain accurate records and inventory of all supplies and materials
4. Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and other procurement-related documentation
5. Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to optimise supply chain efficiency
6. Monitor stock levels and identify any potential shortages or surpluses
7. Support the implementation of supply chain management processes and procedures

What we're looking for

1. Relevant experience in warehousing, logistics or supply chain management
2. Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
3. Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders
5. A team player with the ability to work independently and proactively
6. An understanding of warehousing, storage and distribution operations
