Supplier Quality Specialist

Job Scope:

1. Quality Planning & Audits: Oversee First Article Submissions and develop quality plans. Conduct audits (QMS, Process, HSE) and assess supplier capability.

2. Performance Management: Monitor supplier quality, perform audits, and drive closure of findings to reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).

3. Supplier Development: Identify improvement opportunities to enhance supplier capabilities and reduce lead times.

4. Process Optimization: Propose improvements for financial and operational efficiencies in supplier processes.

5. Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to resolve process issues and promote quality standards.

6. Quality Control Plans: Develop and manage Quality Control Plans (QCP) with customers, ensuring all requirements are met.

7. Inspection Coordination: Manage customer and third-party inspections for product quality compliance.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any Technical/Engineering course

• At least 5 years of working in the same industry, preferably experience in the Oil & Gas industry

• More than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this role

• Working rights required for this role

Expected salary: $5,000 - $5,500 per month
