Lead quality improvements by collaborating with relevant departments and suppliers on Kaizen activities.
Understand customer manufacturing quality requirements and align with business agreements to effectively work with all suppliers to achieve KPI targets for line rejection.
Perform analysis on internal defects and drive improvements from relevant departments to achieve quality KPIs.
Lead and work with the MRB team on OSV activities to meet supplier requests before any RMA/RTV process.
Collaborate with the internal team and support the Quality System Lead in all certifications required for the products as stated by the customer.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
Able to handle customer complaints and resolve quality issues.
