Supervisor

Responsibilities

1. Assist the Operations Manager in daily running and management.
2. Supervise the activities carried out by the Cleaning Staff, including training, instructing, and managing workflow.
3. Undertake the cleaning of designated areas to ensure they are kept clean and hygienic for the public.
4. Ensure all work carried out by the Cleaning Staff meets the required standards while adhering to Health & Safety requirements.
5. Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming, and emptying bins.
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and that staff takes precautions to prevent hazards.
7. Report any dangerous situations in the workplace or perceived shortcomings in health and safety regulations to the line manager.

Requirements

1. Flexible for weekend & public holiday day shifts.
2. Ability to stand for extended periods during operation assistance.
3. Teamwork and problem-solving orientation.
