SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor daily operation activity to ensure efficiency and continuous productivity
• Manage daily operation budget and expenses
• Manage daily manpower deployment schedule and duties assignment
• Represent management and assist supervisor to communicate and rectify daily work matters with client's management as required
• Prepare daily operation performance report inclusive of risk assessment (if required)
• Ensure that all protocol and safe work procedures are adhered to by all staff on site daily

Job Requirements:

• Physically fit and healthy
• Possess good communication skills and a can-do attitude
• Willing to work on public holidays or rotating shifts, if required
• Possess Forklift operator license or certification (will be an advantage)
• Certification on risk assessment and workplace safety (will be an advantage)
• Willing to work night shift and split shift
• Willing to work overtime on public holidays and weekends
• Must be able to work night shift and split shift
• Must be able to work extra hours or weekends if needed
