Supervisor

Responsibility:
As a Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the production, quality control, and team management aspects of our food product division. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in food production, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Description:

1. Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the food production team, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
2. Monitor food production processes, including ingredient preparation, baking, packaging, and labeling, to meet production targets and quality control measures.
3. Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure proper maintenance.
4. Collaborate with the quality control team to implement and maintain quality assurance programs, adhering to industry standards.
5. Train and develop the production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
6. Manage inventory levels, monitor stock rotations, and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate supplies of ingredients and packaging materials.
7. Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
8. Collaborate with the R&D team to improve existing products and develop new food offerings.
9. Analyze production data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary actions.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to remain competitive in the market.
11. Able to carry heavy goods, roughly 20KG - 30KG.
12. Need to work on Saturday, Sunday, public holidays, and overtime.
13. Able to work rotating shifts and overtime.

Working Location: WOODLANDS.

Requirement:

• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience and have experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must possess at least higher Education/ Diploma in any field.
• Bilingual speaker, need to liaise with Chinese & English clients & workers.
• Strong leadership skills and management competencies.
• Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making and negotiation skills.
• Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multitask and work independently.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills, including communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse spectrum of people.
• Time management, meticulous and mature in work.
