Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Operations Manager in daily running and management.
2. Supervise the activities carried out by the Cleaning Staff, including training, instructing, and managing workflow.
3. Undertake cleaning of designated areas to ensure cleanliness and hygiene for the public.
4. Ensure all work carried out by the Cleaning Staff meets quality standards and adheres to Health & Safety requirements.
5. Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming, and emptying bins.
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, taking precautions to prevent hazards.
7. Report any dangerous situations or shortcomings in health and safety regulations to the line manager or authorized personnel.

Requirements:

1. Flexible for weekend and public holiday day shifts.
2. Ability to stand for extended periods during operations.
3. Strong teamwork and problem-solving orientation.
