Responsible for team decisions, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Let's shape the future together!

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as SME and Solution Architect of SAP SuccessFactors cross HR modules
• Combine deep technology, function, and industry skills to advise clients on their enterprise technology architecture.
• Define the vision, design and blueprint for the future state.
• Evaluate and select technology solutions that support the overall enterprise architecture and align with business objectives, while optimizing performance and scalability.
• Leverage deep technology expertise and enterprise architecture strategies to advise, shape, and execute large-scale technology transformations.
• Lead the deployment and initial stages execution of the initial stages of technology architecture blueprints and roadmaps.
• Advise on technology assets during the sales and solutioning process.
• Develop thought leadership, innovative insights, and value-driven offerings and assets that address market-relevant enterprise architecture challenges.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Expert proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Expert proficiency in SAP HCM Recruiting
• Possessed more than 8 years of consulting experience in Technology space
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies
