Main Responsibilities:
Meet with students and graduates and provide successful career placement guidance.
Coordinate planning and implementation of internship placements for students.
Develop and conduct relevant career development workshops to enhance students’ employability skills.
Plan and organise relevant industry engagement events to provide opportunities for students to connect with industry leaders on career and professional development.
Plan, develop, review, and execute programs and student activities.
Organise career fairs and/or participate in career fairs organised by external parties or employer partner events suitable for students and graduates.
Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of orientation programs, graduation ceremonies, symposiums, seminars, or conferences for students.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Possess at least a Diploma in any field.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
Prior experience in recruitment and interviewing of candidates is required.
