Student Care Teacher

As a Student Care Teacher, he/she shall also be required to carry out associated functions as the Company may from time to time require. This includes:

• Support the daily operations and schedule of the centre efficiently and effectively.
• Plan the daily programmes, curriculum, and activities for pupils under his/her charge in accordance with Management’s philosophy and practices.
• Maintain a culture of care and discipline among the pupils.
• Ensure pupil safety and well-being at all times, including light cleaning to ensure the environment is clean.
• Provide good supervision of pupils at all times during study, play, meals, and recreation time within the centre and, if necessary, outside the centre during outdoor activities.
• Establish academic rigour for pupils under his/her charge.
• Coach pupils under his/her charge in homework completion and preparations for school assessments (including spelling, tests, and exams).
• Assist in planning and carrying out weekly craft activities, outdoor games, indoor recreation, and holiday programmes together with the other staff.
• Establish good and regular communications with parents and provide professional customer service and support.
• Conduct oneself in a mature, professional manner at all times with colleagues and in the presence of pupils.
