Student Care Teacher

Job Description

1. Coach and mentor primary school children in their homework and academic curriculum for English language, Math, Science, and/or language subjects.
2. Plan and provide extra holistic academic practice activities.
3. Prepare and maintain an accurate progress record for each student.
4. Maintain regular communication with the child's parents on their academic performance and progress.
5. Prepare and execute holiday programmes and excursions for students as and when required.
6. Address class disciplinary issues using positive discipline techniques to correct the children's behavior and actions.
7. Ensure the safety and security of the students at all times.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum O levels (and above).
2. Strong ability and passion for teaching children.
3. Familiarity with Singapore school curriculum will be highly advantageous.
4. Prior tutoring experience is desired but not compulsory.
5. Passionate about nurturing children.
6. Able to interact well with children.
