Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and engage students in a safe and supportive environment
2. Provide academic assistance and tutoring
3. Foster the development of good study habits and time management skills
4. Implement and organize enrichment activities, games, and projects
5. Monitor student behavior and encourage positive interactions and teamwork
6. Assist in the preparation of learning materials and classroom setup for after-school activities
7. Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times
