Structural Engineer

Job Description:

1. Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works
2. Coordinate with Architectural and M&E team to ensure final design is aligned with Architect’s design intent
3. Prepare design calculations, drawings and carry out Authority submission
4. Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to Consultant and Authorities
5. Coordinate & liaise with consultant, sub-con and other trades (M&E and Architectural) for projects specifications & other technical issues
6. Assist in project coordination and oversee all structural/civil works on site ensuring all related activities are carried out as per drawings
7. Attend meetings and site walks during the construction phase of project
8. Keep track of test reports, tests, ST, Green Mark scheme and constructability scheme
9. Document control and compilation in accordance with company ISO standard

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering / Building recognized by PE Board
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, experience in HDB Project preferred
