ABOUT THE ROLE
You are part of the S&O team at Aspire and are responsible for leading and driving strategic projects across Aspire. As a part of your role, you will be:
- Staffed on key strategic projects across Aspire, where you will be responsible to define the problem set, diagnose the challenges, identify opportunities to drive improvements, and implement the project.
- Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of strategic projects, including but not limited to implementation of new financial crime (FinCrime) systems and processes, Expansion into new markets or product lines, Workforce transformation initiatives, and more.
- Collaborate with CxOs and senior leadership to define project priorities and align them with overall company strategy.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage project execution, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Proactively identify and address project risks and challenges.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders regularly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including technology, product, compliance, and finance.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have done it before - 8+ years strategy & operations experience, preferably with a stint in consulting. Fintech experience is a +. You have proven success in executive-level advising and inter-departmental collaboration.
- You love problem solving - A strong bias to want to solve several organizational challenges is preferred.
- You can build a vision and action plan - You come up with a vision & strategy for your team, build and action plan based on this and execute it, effectively & without supervision, rallying other leaders to your cause.
- You have strong communication & project management skills - You are used to communicating with senior executives, as well as with on-the-ground teams. Your communication is clear, structured, and concise. You know how to manage large projects with a lot of dependencies.
