Key Responsibilities
- Work with a range of clients, turning unique challenges into opportunities.
- Audit client challenges and spot growth opportunities through Key Account Planning (KAP).
- Focus on growing revenue from existing clients while maintaining a pipeline for new business.
- Identify opportunities for Media excellence and innovation to grow our client's business.
- Define the blend of capabilities required to unlock opportunities and lead teams in implementation.
- Engage deeply with market challenges and provide clear direction to develop solutions.
- Collaborate with other agencies to develop communications and experiences that delight People.
- Craft solutions from existing dentsu products and innovate new products as needed.
- Develop the strategic capabilities of Media colleagues to elevate the quality of work.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in planning and strategy in a marketing agency.
- Experience in integrated strategy across media, creative, connections planning, communications strategy, brand and digital.
- Proven record of winning pitches as part of a marketing pitch team.
