Lead structural transformation of ASEAN & Taiwan regarding footprint, organizational structure, business scope, incl. potential M&A projects
Define, drive and track key strategic projects in ASEAN & Taiwan to enable subregions growth ambition, incl. project planning & monitoring, project portfolio management, reporting, resource planning, etc. to meet long-term (strategic) target & goals
Liaison with ASEAN & Taiwan countries, incl. country heads, business line sales leaders as well as relevant functional leaders to reflect the dynamics & uniqueness of each country
Support ASEAN and Taiwan leadership team with key meetings (e.g. quarterly business reviews) preparation, OKR management, strategic & operational planning
Act as strategic think-tank and sparring partner for Head of Subregion ASEAN & Taiwan
Create presentations for upper/top management
Requirements:
Strong business acumen experience in automotive (aftermarket) industry or comparable industry preferred
Proven project management experience in multi-national corporation with demonstrated organization skills
Strong experience in (customer) strategy & know-how of ASEAN & Taiwan markets with an outside-in perspective & customer-centric attitude
Work experience in ASEAN & Taiwan context & business insight into multiple functional areas, such as marketing or business development in complex matrix environment
Strong strategic agility, high influencing & impacting skills & ability to manage high complexity & stakeholders with different backgrounds
Background in research, analytics techniques, consultancy of advantage
