Salt Talent Search is looking for a ‘Strategic Partnership Development Manager’ wherein you manage and/or deepen relationships with partners, negotiate and execute agreements, and track impact, enabling clients to be successful. This is a contractual role based in Singapore.
What Will You Do:
Manage relationships with advertising partners to drive broader partner/supplier strategy.
Contribute to the identification, creation, negotiation, and implementation of effective business development agreements that drive results for Client.
Contribute to account/partner scoping, development, and prospecting decisions and manage account priorities and allocation of resources.
Help resolve ads partner/supplier issues and inquiries (business or technical) with multiple approaches to reach an optimal solution.
Proactively identify ways to grow business in the advertising ecosystem, including setting up new partnerships, pivoting or wave down existing partnerships.
Influence across the team and with Product, Engineering, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to align resources and direction for partner initiatives.
Develop, maintain, and manage relationships with partners, acting as a primary contact.
Guide the integration of multiple adjacent partner plan timelines, goals, and objectives.
Act as subject-matter expert for managed partners and advertising industry/vertical/market.
What Do You Need:
More than 8 years working experience.
Experience with Ads products / ecosystem.
Partnership management experience.
Experience working with contracts and negotiating deals.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Digital advertising / marketing / commerce / shopping / retail industry experience; and/or management consulting experience.
Business-level fluency in Asian languages / dialects.
