Strategic Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing auto-finance product strategy and planning, increasing loan book and profitability.
• Manage auto-loan product positioning in the industry.
• Design and manage dealer commission program to maximize organic growth.
• Work with risk, finance and legal team to ensure products meet regulatory standards and ensure smooth product operations.
• Work with technology team to design new workflow and system design.
• Conduct market research and data analytics.
• Analyze market demands, competitor landscape, and customer needs to continuously improve the product offerings and increase product competitiveness.
• Obtain insights into our customer segment and profiling through in-depth user research and data analysis, and interviews with BDs and car dealers.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to inform product strategy and decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or relevant field.
• 3 years of relevant industry experience in financial institutions, consumer lending, or fintech companies.
• A self-starter who is able to work independently and engage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong negotiation skills, independent and self-motivated.
• Energetic, dynamic, optimistic, and customer service-oriented.
• Strategic and data-driven thinking.
• Positive, ambitious, and goal-oriented.
