Store Supervisor / Manager (Luxury Fashion)

Responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day supervision of retail outlets, including sales, staff, stock, and resources management.

Adecco partners with multiple global companies that design and manufacture sports and luxury fashion. They are looking for a Store Supervisor | Manager to join their team! This is a great opportunity to work as a brand ambassador in a fun, diverse, and renowned team!

The Job:

• Responsible for the daily store operations and supervising a team of retail associates to ensure smooth operation.
• Ensuring visual merchandising and housekeeping are kept to company standards.
• Maintaining a high standard of personal and team members grooming & appropriate conduct.
• Provides excellent customer service and maintains a pleasant shopping environment consistent with our brand image.
• Establish regular contacts with existing and potential customers, maintain healthy customer relationships, and keep customers informed on new products or services, changes, etc.
• Manage inventory and company assets.
• Working closely with the Retail Manager on sales activity and being part of store events.
• Constantly providing constructive feedback to the management on various aspects.
• Proactively give suggestions to drive store traffic and activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Talent:

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in customer service, high-end retail environment, or in a similar capacity.
• Passion in the retail industry, good communication, and leadership skills.
• Service-oriented and hands-on person with good customer-handling skills.
• Independent and good team player, pleasant personality.
• A self-directed learner who possesses high levels of initiative and willingness to learn.
• Ability to adapt to changes and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good computer skills and netiquette.
